Longwood Rehabilitative Services serves the community in two different capacities, physical therapy and wellness. The physical therapy treatment area includes cervical and lumbar traction, electrical stimulation, heat, ice, paraffin, treatment tables for manaual therapy techniques and ultrasound. We also have a full line of rehabilitative exercise equipment, helping our patients recover from all types of injuries, accidents and diseases.

In addition to physical therapy, Longwood Rehab offers a wellness program for those clients wanting to improve and/or maintain a healthy lifestyle. We offer a complete range of aerobic equipment (recumbent and stationary bicycles, treadmills, elliptical trainers and upper body ergometer) as well as a complete line of Body Masters weight training equipment and free weights.

Our wellness program is $25 a month for one person or $40 a month when two people join together. There is no contract and payments are made monthly to our office. The program includes one on one education to help clients develop an exercise program that suits their needs and goals as well as to teach them how to safely use our equipment. All “club” members are supervised by our staff and therapists to ensure safety and proper mechanics with their exercise program.
